The agreement
Taverna Tales ("the game") is developed by Bilge Dargün ("we", "us"). Your use of the game is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") together with these terms. These terms add rules specific to the game. If they conflict with the Standard EULA on the licence itself, the Standard EULA applies.

Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its story, characters, art, music and code belong to us or our licensors.
Virtual currency and items
The game contains virtual currency and items, such as coins, gems, energy, boosters, chests and passes. They are a limited licence to use content inside the game, not property you own. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game, except where the law says otherwise.
We may adjust the game, including the price, availability and effect of virtual items, to keep it fair and fun. Unused virtual items may be lost if you delete your account or if the game is discontinued.
Purchases
In-app purchases are sold through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. All sales are final once the content is delivered, except where your local law gives you a right to a refund. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something you bought does not arrive, contact us and we will help.
Fair play
Please play the game as it is meant to be played. You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots or exploit bugs to gain an advantage;
- modify, hack, decompile or reverse engineer the game, except where the law allows;
- interfere with our servers or other players' games;
- sell, buy or trade accounts, saved games or virtual items;
- use the game for any unlawful purpose.
If you break these rules, we may reset progress gained unfairly or suspend the account involved. If you find a bug, we'd be grateful if you told us.
Your account and saved game
The game creates an anonymous account for your saved game. We recommend signing in with Apple in Settings, because without it we cannot recover your game if your device is lost or reset. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the game, so features and content will change over time. We do our best to keep the game and its online services running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced in the game.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This choice of law does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live, for example in the EU/EEA, the UK or elsewhere. Where that law allows it, you may also bring claims in the courts of your place of residence.
